Pescado Asesinado
aka "Assassinated Fish"
Ingredients:
Mahi filets (or your choice of fish)
2 TBSP Coconut Oil
Lemon Pepper
El Gringo Picante™ Asesino Maracuyá
1 TBSP Dried Oregano
2 TBSP lime juice
Directions:
Cover bottom of baking dish with coconut oil.
Place fish filets in a single layer into dish.
Sprinkle lime juice over filets.
Sprinkle a layer of lemon pepper over filets.
Sprinkle El Gringo Picante™ Asesino Maracuyá sauce over filets and even out with fork.
Bake in preheated oven at 350° for 20 minutes.
Serve however you like & eat it!

1⁄2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1⁄2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon cornstarch
1⁄2 teaspoon dried garlic
1⁄4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 cup water
Break up fish filets into frying pan, add water and seasoning mix, and cook on medium low for about 10 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
Scoop into taco shells and your favorite toppings and serve!
